Its come to my attention that the links on my exercise page no longer work for Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Having recently started them myself I know what a great work out they are and would like to share that with all of you. So I’ve decided to give away 3 DVD copies to you my lovely followers.

Vegan Pumpkin Peanut Butter Oat Bars
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar*
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice*
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla
Options: nuts, raisins, cranberries, chocolate/white chocolate/white chocolate chips, etc etc etc*while making this i literally forgot to add the white sugar and they still came out delicious!
I don’t have a real pumpkin pie spice and I never knew exactly what goes in it so i just added in a bunch of freshly grated cinnamon, fresh grated nutmeg, few pinches of cloves and all spice and called it a day.Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish
Combine everything in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer, by hand, with a machine, whatever floats your boat =] I added 2 handfuls of raisins
Place in baking sheet and flatten by hand or with the back of a spoon and place in the oven. ON the site i found it from she said to bake it for 22-25 minutes….mine took a lot longer than that but check around 20 minutes to be sure =]
Let them cool a it before taking out of the pan and before slicing.
They were delicious!!! The cloves were pretty predominant (cause I don’t measure stuff like that) but you still picked up the rest of the spices, pumpkin, and peanut butter.
Not adding the extra sugar I think worked in my benefit because they would’ve ended up being sweeter -especially with the raisins- and I don’t want something loaded up with sugar (although the 1 cup of brown sugar isn’t in my favor)
